Principle and classification of generator
generator is a mechanical equipment that converts other forms of energy into electrical energy. It is driven by hydraulic turbine, steam turbine, diesel engine or other power machinery to convert the energy generated by water flow, air flow, fuel combustion or nuclear fission into mechanical energy, which is transmitted to the generator, and then converted into electrical energy by the generator. Generators are widely used in industrial and agricultural production, national defense, science and technology and daily life
there are many forms of generator, but its working principle is based on the law of electromagnetic induction and the law of electromagnetic force. Therefore, the general principle of its structure is: use appropriate magnetic and conductive materials to form magnets for mutual electromagnetic induction. The internal structure of the chip is as shown in Figure 1. Then you can directly click "set" - "online" on the menu to generate electromagnetic power, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conversion. Now Guangya aluminum has more than 60 extrusion production lines of 800 tons and 4000 tons
the classification of two generators can be summarized as follows:
generators are divided into DC generators and alternators
alternators are divided into synchronous generators and asynchronous generators (rarely used)
alternators can also be divided into single-phase generators and three-phase generators
three generator structure and working principle
generators are usually composed of stator, rotor, end cover, bearing and other components. The stator is composed of stator core, wire wrapped winding, base and other structural parts that fix these parts. The rotor is composed of rotor core (or magnetic pole, magnetic choke) winding, retaining ring, center ring, slip ring, fan, rotating shaft and other components. The stator and rotor of the generator are connected and assembled by the bearing and end cover, so that the rotor can rotate in the stator and cut the magnetic line of force. Therefore, if the damage is serious, the induced potential is generated, which is led out through the terminal and connected to the circuit, and then the current is generated
